All Play Better Golf Academy group programing requires Preregistration.
To secure enrolment in desired program/session/class(s), complete the following:
Text Coach Chuck Lynch (Director of Instruction@ 847-436-1652) with Parents Name, Email, Phone, Students name & Age, & desired program/sessions/class(s) that you are wanting to register for.
2. Preregistration requires a $103 Credit Card Deposit for each desired class hold.
Cancelation Policy- Total refund 15 days before class starts.
(Cancelation 2 weeks or less, security deposit(s) will be charged.)
Payment options:
Check, Charge (plus 3% convenience fee), Cash payment 1st days of class.
