Matthew Lynch

Matt Lynch is a Palatine based Golf Professional who has a deep passion for the game of golf and bringing this game of a lifetime into the lives of beginners of all ages and abilities.  Matt has worked for Golf Clubs such as Kemper Lakes Golf Club and The Merit Club. In addition, Matt has logged over three seasons of Junior Golf instruction with the Play Better Golf Academy.

As a Palatine native, Matt is a graduate of Palatine High School where he competed as a member of the Men’s Golf Team. From there Matt competed as a collegiate golfer for Carthage College in Kenosha Wisconsin where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Throughout Matt’s playing career, he won two collegiate tournaments, and has qualified for two Illinois Open Championships and one Illinois State Amateur Championship. 

Through his playing and work experience Matt has developed skills in tournament/event set up and management, along with golf club maintenance and golf club fittings. Matt also has extensive experience giving individual, group and playing lessons.
